Industrial Heaters

PowerBlanket uses patented GreenHeatTM technology, and offers a variety of heating tools including Bucket and Drum Heaters, Cylinder Warmers, Spray Foam Box Warmers, Box Heaters and Tote Heaters. The Bucket and Drum Heater models use patented GreenHeatTM technology to provide even heat distribution, not only preventing fluids from freezing, but also preventing issues associated with temperatures being too high. Maintaining consistent temperatures helps ensure products don’t burn or overheat, which reduces waste and allows for a more efficient operation. Bucket and Drum Heaters are available in 55 gallon, 30 gallon, 15 gallon and 5 gallon buckets sizes.

Foam Cylinder warmers are also available in a wide range of sizes and capacities in order to accommodate the large range of demands that are placed within varying sizes of projects and jobs in the spray foam industry. These industrial warmers cover anywhere from 20 pounds, all the way up to 1,000 pounds of spray foam material, keep foam working the way it is intended even in cold, undesirable conditions.

Hot Boxes are another useful product for keeping hoses and equipment at desired temperatures, allowing applications to carry out as intended. Hot Box Heaters come in both 48 cubic foot and 64 cubic foot options to meet your specific job site needs. The design of the Hot Box allows itself to be quickly assembled, and disassembled for storage and transport.
