FAMB Respirator

Another trusted breathing safety solution by Bullard, the FAMB respirator is a half mask, positive pressure respirator. Designed to be a simple way to supply clean air to your crews, the FAMB is available in both continuous flow and pressure demand models. Supply your work sites with clean air, while also protecting them from environments contaminated with mists, gases, dusts, and vapors.

The FAMB respirator has a wide viewing angle, and can also be worn under certain helmets, face masks, and even under some welding helmets. This respirator is approved by MSHA & NIOSH for its use in Type C applications. FAMB features a silicone face piece that is flexible and will conform to the users face for the ultimate in protection and comfort.

To help with worker fatigue, this half mask respirator has a double exhalation valve system that gives minimal breathing resistance. The FAMB respirators are designed to be used with low pressure air sources like Bullard’s Free Air Pumps. It will operate the most efficient with air sources between 1.5 psig, but ultimately dependent on hose length. However, the FAMB is also capable and approved to be used with high pressure sources of air as well, as found with air compressors.
