Explosion-Proof Electric Inline Fan

The SVF-10EXP Inline Fan for explosion-proof operation by Air Systems International features a 1/3 HP motor, single phase, 115 VAC, 60 Hz. This unit is approved by CSA for safe operation in Class I Division I Groups C and D, as well as Class 2 for Groups E F and G. The built in on and off switch is included standard, as is the automatic functionality for reset if a thermal overload occurs.

This 10 inch axial fan is designed to be used either as a stand alone unit or to be included in a series of ventilation equipment for ducting. The conductive polyethylene that makes up the inlet and exhaust flange can be used with both 8 inch or 10 inch duct work. Ducting can also be done into or out of the unit, providing for both positive or negative capabilities for ventilation.

The lightweight steel frame contributes to easy carry and set up, with just 32 pounds of overall weight. The frame is a powder coated finish and has added safety with the rubber feet as the base. The dual lugs for grounding also contribute to the overall operation and safety rating of this inline fan. The unit does come user wired, based on NEC requirements, but the plug is not included.
