Graco Fusion CS01F4 for Coatings and Spray Insulation

The Fusion CS by Graco is packed with features that will change how you think about your equipment for coatings and spray insulation. Graco has introduced multiple industry firsts in one spray gun, providing for more hours in the day spraying, better results, and less maintenance requirements. Use the CS 01F4 for both spray insulation and coatings, Graco includes the FL0101 mix chamber and FT0638 tip with the CS01F4, but also provides a large variety of additional tip and chamber combinations. With the CS01F4 spray a 14 inch pattern, with Polyurea output at 2000PSI at 1.3 GPM and foam insulation at 1000 PSI at 9 LBs / Minute.

With the Fusion CS, instead of air purge or mechanical purge, Graco ClearShot liquid purge technology keeps your gun running clean and keeps build up down to a minimum. The Clear Shot cartridge fits easily into the handle of your spray gun, and when finished simply remove, discard and replace the cartridge. The liquid purge keeps the inside of your mix chamber clean, and eliminates the need for you to regularly stop and drill out the mix chamber. The Fusion CS will save at least an hour per day in maintenance!

Other great features include variable flow capabilities, the Fusion CS boasts ten different spray settings and lets you go from a small pattern to large pattern in mere seconds. The fast switching capabilities will let your spray insulation and coatings in even tight, hard to reach spots – and without lengthy, time consuming adjustments or the need to swap equipment out entirely. The Fusion CS 01F4 also allows you to swap the fluid head out fast, and the gun head is kept cleaner thanks to a non-stick cover made of polymer.
